Holidays

We now post the holiday activities on the Google Calendar below.

Booking form

Please copy and paste this form into a word processor, then e-mail it to popsoc@hotmail.co.uk or hand it in to us at PopSOC.

Alternatively please phone for a paper copy.

There may be changes to the above booking form as dates are finalised. Some days we will only be able to take all-day bookings due to outings and other activities.

Important Information:

• If you are sending a packed lunch for any of the days indicated, and the contents require refrigeration, please inform a member of staff on arrival. Please place items of food that require refrigeration in a polythene bag clearly labelled  with your child's name.
• There is a strong possibility that your child will become involved in messy play activities. Please ensure that your child is wearing clothing that can get messy. Thank You

CANCELLATIONS

Please note PopSOC requires at least two weeks written notice for any holiday cancellations. Sessions not cancelled within this period will be subject to the full charge as per the PopSOC terms and conditions.

Also please be aware that pre-payment is required for families that do not use our term time service. Thank You.
