PopSOC is dedicated to ensuring it maintains a high quality staff team. Our staff attend courses to improve their practice within the club.

All of our staff members are at least Level 2 qualified in Childcare, 3 members of staff have a Level 3 Diploma in Playwork and 2 are working towards the same qualification.

All of our Playworkers hold current first aid certificates with additional health and safety, child protection, behaviour management and food hygiene certificates. Our Playworkers are encouraged to reflect on their practice and take steps to improve it, as well as partake in refresher courses.

All Playworkers are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau and are registered with OfSTED.
